The Complainant has also registered adopteunmec.org and adopteunmec.fr, as well as other domain names containing variants of this mark. \r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name was registered on 20 June 2013.\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name currently resolves to a blank page.\r\n\r\nAs far as the contentions of the Complainant are concerned, the Complainant states that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademarks. Furthermore, the Complainant is of the opinion that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain name and the disputed domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith.",
