    "factual_background": "FACTS ASSERTED BY THE COMPLAINANT AND NOT CONTESTED BY THE RESPONDENT:\r\n\r\nThe Complainant states that the disputed domain name <arcelormittaljob.com> is confusingly similar to its international trademark ARCELORMITTAL®. Indeed, the trademark is incorporated in its entirety in the disputed domain name. The Complainant states that “The addition of the generic term ’job’ (which means employment) is not sufficient to escape the finding that the domain name <arcelormittaljob.com> is confusingly similar to the trademark ARCELORMITTAL® and its domain names.”\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that the Respondent is not related in any way with the Complainant, and that the latest does not carry out any activity for, nor has any business with the Respondent. The Complainant emphasizes that “neither licence nor authorization has been granted to the Respondent to make any use of the trademark ARCELORMITTAL®, or apply for registration of the disputed domain name by the Complainant.”\r\n\r\nThe Complainants also contends that the website in relation with the disputed domain name <arcelormittaljob.com> has been inactive since its registration and that “this information confirms that the Respondent has no demonstrable plan to use the disputed domain names, and is using the disputed domain name only to divert business away from the Complainants.”\r\n\r\nThe Complainant asserts that Respondent has registered the disputed domain name in order to prevent the Complainant from reflecting the trademark in a corresponding domain name, provided that the Respondent has engaged in a pattern of such conduct.\r\n\r\nEventually, the Complainant underlines that the domain name(s) has been registered and is being used in bad faith because of the following facts\/pattern of conduct: \r\n\r\na.\tRegistration of a well-known\/famous trade mark;\r\nb.\tUse of privacy or proxy registration services;\r\nc.\tNo response to cease and desist letter;\r\nd.\tBlocking registration;\r\ne.\tInactive website.",
