    "factual_background": "FACTS ASSERTED BY THE COMPLAINANT AND NOT CONTESTED BY THE RESPONDENT:\r\n\r\nThe Complainant states that it is the leader in retail banking in France and one of the largest banks in Europe. CREDIT AGRICOLE S.A. assists its clients' projects in France and around the world, in all areas of banking and trades associated with it: insurance management asset leasing and factoring, consumer credit, corporate and investment.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant owns several trademarks with the word element CREDIT AGRICOLE. \r\nThe Complainant is also the owner of domain names including the same distinctive words CREDIT AGRICOLE.\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name <LIEN-CREDIT-AGRICOLE.NET> was registered by the Respondent on March 23, 2017 and the disputed domain name displays a message that it is under construction: “sito in costruzione”.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant states that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademarks CREDIT AGRICOLE and its domain names.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that the addition at the beginning of the disputed domain name <LIEN-CREDIT-AGRICOLE.NET> of the generic word “LIEN” (“link” in French) separated from the trademark by a hyphen and the use of the gTLD “.NET”, are not sufficient elements to escape the finding that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the Complainant's trademarks. \r\n\r\nThe Complainant alleges that the Respondent does not have any rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain name because the Respondent is not affiliated with nor authorized by the Complainant in any way. \r\nNeither license nor authorization has been granted to the Respondent to make any use of the Complainant’s trademarks, or apply for registration of the disputed domain name.\r\n\r\nAccording to the Complainant, since the website is not operating it also demonstrates that the Respondent did not make any use of the disputed domain name since its registration, and it confirms that the Respondent has no demonstrable plans to use the disputed domain name. \r\n\r\nThe Complainant states that the disputed domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith. \r\n\r\nAccording to the Complainant, given the distinctiveness of the Complainant's trademarks and reputation, it is reasonable to infer that the Respondent has registered the disputed domain name with full knowledge of the Complainant's trademarks. \r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that the Respondent has registered the disputed domain name with the sole aim to create a likelihood of confusion with the Complainant’s trademarks and domain names.\r\n\r\nThe Respondent has not demonstrated any activity in respect of the disputed domain name. \r\n\r\nThe Complainant states that the Respondent has failed to demonstrate any preparations to use the disputed domain name in connection with a legitimate purpose. \r\n\r\nAccording to the Complainant, it seems inconceivable that the Respondent can use the disputed domain name without infringing the Complainant’s intellectual property rights.\r\n",
