    "factual_background": "The Disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the protected mark. \r\n\r\nThe manner in which the Disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the protected mark: Mark combined with generic term.\r\n\r\nADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS:\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that the Disputed domain name <us-bureauveritas.com> is confusingly similar to its distinctive trademark BUREAU VERITAS®.\r\n\r\nIndeed, the Disputed domain name contains the Complainant’s trademark in its entirety. The addition of the letters “US” (which could refer to “UNITED STATES”) is not sufficient to exclude the likelihood of confusion existing.\r\n\r\nOn the contrary, the addition of a geographic term renders the Disputed domain name even more confusingly similar to the registered trademark because it causes an immediate association with the sales office of Complainant in the geographic area in question.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the Disputed domain name <us-bureauveritas.com>. He is not related in any way to the Complainant.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that the Respondent has attempted to create a likelihood of confusion by pretending to misrepresent itself as the Complainant.",
