    "factual_background": "FACTS ASSERTED BY THE COMPLAINANT AND NOT CONTESTED BY THE RESPONDENT:\r\n\r\nThe Complainant states that it is the leader in retail banking in France and one of the largest banks in Europe.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant points out that it assists its clients' projects in France and around the world, in all areas of banking and trading associated with it.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant submits that it has more than 52 million of customers over 52 countries, and more than 11 000 group branches all over the world.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant underlines that it is the owner of several trademarks and domain names including the distinctive wording \"CREDIT AGRICOLE\".\r\n\r\nThe Complainant observes that the Disputed domain name, registered by the Respondent on October, 2, 2017, is not pointing to any active website.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that the Disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the trademarks \"CA CREDIT AGRICOLE\" and \"CREDIT AGRICOLE\", and to the domain names associated with them.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant points out that the Disputed domain name contains the Complainant's well known trademark \"CREDIT AGRICOLE\".\r\n\r\nThe Complainant asserts that the Disputed domain name only differs from the \"CREDIT AGRICOLE\" trademark by the addition of the generic terms \"SERVICEG3\" and “ENLIGNE” before the trademark, separated by hyphens.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant takes the view that, in line with similar UDRP cases, the addition of generic terms like \"SERVICEG3\" and \"ENLIGNE\" are not sufficient to distinguish the Disputed domain name from the Complainant's trademark. \r\n\r\nThe Complainant adds that the generic top-level domain \".COM\" may be disregarded in the assessment under paragraph 4(a)(i) of the Policy when comparing domain names and trademarks.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant argues that the Respondent does not have any rights or legitimate interest in the domain name.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that it does not carry out any activity for the Respondent and that:\r\n\r\n- the Respondent is not affiliated to the Complainant;\r\n\r\n- the Respondent has not been authorized by the Complainant in any way;\r\n\r\n- the Respondent is not related in any way with the Complainant's business;\r\n\r\n- the Respondent does not have any business with the Complainant;\r\n\r\n- the Respondent has not been authorized to make any use of the Complainant's trademarks;\r\n\r\n- the Respondent has not been authorized by the Complainant to register the Disputed domain name. \r\n\r\nThe Complainant submits that the Disputed domain name was used for phishing activities. The Complainant states that the hosting provider, after having received a notification about that fraudulent behavior, suspended the Respondent's website.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant argues that the Respondent is not using the Disputed domain name in connection with a bona fide offering of goods and service or a legitimate non-commercial or fair use. \r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that, taking into account the Complainant's well-known trademarks, the Respondent registered the Disputed domain name for the purpose of creating an impression of an association with the Complainant.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant underlines the distinctiveness and reputation of its trademarks and considers that the Respondent has registered the Disputed domain name with full knowledge of the Complainant's trademarks.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant reminds that the Disputed domain name resolves to an inactive website and consider this fact as a further proof that the Respondent has registered and is using the Disputed domain name in bad faith.\r\n\r\nIn light of the above, the Complainant requests the transfer in its favor of the Disputed domain name. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n",
