    "no_response_filed": "PARTIES' CONTENTIONS:\r\n\r\nCOMPLAINANT:\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the Trademark as the addition of the generic words “CA” (which refers to “Crédit Agricole”), “IBPS” and “adhesion” are not sufficient elements to escape the finding that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the Trademark.\r\n\r\nFurthermore, the Complainant contends that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain name. In this regard, the Complainant states that the Respondent is not affiliated with nor authorized by the Complainant in any way, that the Complainant does not carry out any activity for, nor has any business with the Respondent, and that neither licence nor authorization has been granted to the Respondent to make any use of the Trademark or to apply for registration of the disputed domain name by the Complainant.\r\n\r\nFinally, the Complainant contends that the disputed domain name was registered and is being used in bad faith. In this regard, the Complainant argues that the trademark is widely known and highly distinctive and that it is reasonable to infer that the Respondent has registered the domain names with full knowledge of the Trademark. With regard to bad faith use, the Complainant argues that it is well established that passive holding, i.e. the incorporation of a famous trademark into a domain name, coupled with an inactive website, may be evidence of bad faith registration and use.\r\n\r\nRESPONDENT:\r\n\r\nNo administratively compliant Response has been filed.",
