    "factual_background": "FACTS ASSERTED BY THE COMPLAINANT AND NOT CONTESTED BY THE RESPONDENT:\r\n\r\nPART I \r\n\r\nThe Complainant, CREDIT AGRICOLE S.A., is one of the largest banks in Europe. The Complainant is the owner of the international trademarks consisting of the words \"CREDIT AGRICOLE\" and \"CA CREDIT AGRICOLE\". The Disputed Domain Name is confusingly similar to the trademarks in which the Complainant has rights. The addition of the generic terms such as \"LE\" and \"PAYLIB\" does not diminish confusing similarity or create a new or different right to the mark.\r\n\r\nPART II\r\n\r\nThe Complainant argues that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in the Disputed Domain Name and that the Complainant has no relationship with Complainant's business and is not authorized or licensed to use the trademark CREDIT AGRICOLE®. The Complainant also asserts that the Respondent is not commonly known by the Disputed Domain Name or using the domain name in connection with a legitimate or fair use.\r\n\r\nPART III \r\n\r\nThe Complainant indicates that the Disputed Domain Name was registered and is being used in bad faith. The Complainant also states that Disputed Domain Name has been inactive since it was registered and that it was registered in order to prevent the Complainant from reflecting its trademarks in a corresponding domain name. \r\n",
