    "factual_background": "FACTS ASSERTED BY THE COMPLAINANT AND NOT CONTESTED BY THE RESPONDENT:\r\n\r\n1. The Complainant was created through the merger of ARCELOR with MITTAL STEEL in 2006 and is the largest steel producing company in the world and is the market leader in steel for use in automotive, construction, household appliances and packaging, with operations in more than 60 countries. It holds sizeable captive supplies of raw materials and operates extensive distribution networks.\r\n\r\n2. The Complainant states that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the Trademark.\r\n\r\n3. The Complainant argues that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain name. it has no relationship with the Complainant's business and is not authorized or licensed to use the Trademark.\r\n\r\n4. The Complainant contends that the Respondent has registered the disputed domain name and is using it in bad faith since the Respondent must have known about this merger between ARCELOR and MITTAL STEEL in 2006 and the subsequent filings of the Trademark when it registered the disputed domain name, as the Trademark as such does not have any meaning except in relation with the Complainant.\r\n\r\n5. The Respondent is the registrant of the disputed domain name which was registered on June 29, 2007, and which resolves to a parking page with commercial links for the Complainant and its activities.",
