"factual_background": "The Complainant is a multinational company specialized in steel manufacturing. It is the largest steel producing company in the world and is the market leader in steel for use in automotive, construction, household appliances and packaging with operations in more than 60 countries. It holds sizeable captive supplies of raw materials and operates extensive distribution networks.\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name was registered on October 16, 2019 and related website is currently inactive. Besides, the disputed domain name has been used in a phishing scheme.\r\n\r\nThe facts asserted by the Complainant and the evidentiary documentation provided by the same to uphold such facts are not contested by the Respondent.",

"no_response_filed": "PARTIES' CONTENTIONS\r\n\r\nCOMPLAINANT\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its distinctive and well-known trademark ARCELORMITTAL, since the addition of the letters \"L\" and \"T\" to such mark is not sufficient to escape the finding of confusing similarity between the disputed domain name and the mark in question. The Complainant asserts that this is a clear case of typosquatting, containing the disputed domain name an obvious misspelling of the Complainant's mark (the addition of the letters \"L\" and \"T\").\r\n\r\nThe Complainant submits that the Respondent does not have any rights or legitimate interest in the disputed domain name because:\r\n- the Respondent is not commonly known by the disputed domain name;\r\n- the Respondent is not, in any way, related to or connected with the Complainant;\r\n- the Complainant does not carry out any activity for, nor has any business with the Respondent;\r\n- the Respondent has not been granted any license or authorization to make any use of the Complainant's trademark ARCELORMITTAL or to register the disputed domain name;\r\n- the disputed domain name is a typosquatted version of the Complainant's trademark ARCELORMITTAL;\r\n- the Respondent has been using the disputed domain name to pass itself off as an employee of a division of the Complainant in order to receive payments in place of the Complainant.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant also states that the disputed domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith for the following circumstances:\r\n- the Complainant's trademark ARCELORMITTAL is well-known worldwide;\r\n- given the distinctiveness and reputation of the Complainant's trademarks, it is reasonable to infer that the Respondent has registered the disputed domain name with full knowledge of the Complainant's trademark;\r\n- the Respondent has registered the disputed domain name which is confusingly similar to such mark, because it is a typosquatted version of the Complainant's mark;\r\n- typosquatting practice is considered as a hallmark of bad faith registration and use;\r\n- while the website related to the disputed domain name is inactive, the disputed domain name (and the related e-mail address) is used for phishing activities.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant, therefore, requested the transfer of the disputed domain name.\r\n\r\nRESPONDENT\r\n\r\nNo administratively compliant Response has been filed.",
