The Complainant also owns an important domain names portfolio containing the trademark MAJE including the domain name <maje.com> registered and used since December 12, 1996.\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name <sandroparisuk.com> was registered on January 12, 2018 and resolves to a website that displays the MAJE trademark along with images of various apparel items that are being offered for sale. Among these items are products that claim to originate with the Complainant but others bear the trademarks of the Complainant’s competitors in the apparel and accessories industry.",
