    "factual_background": "FACTS ASSERTED BY THE COMPLAINANT AND NOT CONTESTED BY THE RESPONDENT:\r\n\r\nThe Complainant is an Italian banking group, resulting from the merger between Banca Intesa S.p.A. and Sanpaolo IMI S.p.A.\r\n \r\nThe Complainant owns  trade mark registrations for INTESA SANPAOLO and INTESA.  It also owns numerous domain names incorporating those name, which are connected to the Complainant’s official website <http:\/\/www.intesasanpaolo.com>. \r\n\r\nThe Respondent registered the disputed domain name on 27 February, 2020.\r\n\r\nOn 19 March, 2020 the Complainant’s attorneys sent the Respondent a cease and desist requesting the voluntary transfer of the disputed domain name. The Respondent did not comply with this request.",
