    "factual_background": "COMPLAINANT:\r\n\r\nThe Complainant is the leader in retail banking in France and one of the largest banks in Europe.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant, being generally known as a major European player, assists its clients with projects in France and around the world, in all areas of banking and financial services associated therewith, as for example insurance management asset leasing and factoring, consumer credit, and investments.\r\n\r\nDISPUTED DOMAIN NAME:\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name <credit-agricole.tech> was registered on 17 August 2020 and is held by the Respondent. \r\n\r\nThe domain name website (i.e. website to which the disputed domain name resolves) is currently not used and has no content available to public (i.e. the disputed domain name is not currently associated with any active website and is merely parked). \r\n\r\nThe Complainant seeks transfer of the disputed domain name to Complainant. \r\n",

    "no_response_filed": "PARTIES' CONTENTIONS:\r\n\r\nThe Parties' contentions are the following:\r\n\r\nCOMPLAINANT:\r\n\r\nCONFUSING SIMILARITY\r\n\r\nThe Complainant states that the disputed domain name is identical to Complainant's trademarks as the disputed domain name contains the Complainant's trademarks in its entirety. \r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that addition of the gTLD “.TECH” is not sufficient to escape the finding that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the Complainant's trademark.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant refers to previous domain name decisions concerning the confusing similarity between Complainant's trademarks and various domain names. \r\n\r\n\r\nNO RIGHTS OR LEGITIMATE INTERESTS\r\n\r\nThe Respondent has not been commonly known by the disputed domain name. Neither the Complainant has been authorized, permitted or licensed the Respondent to use its trademarks in any manner. The Respondent has no connection or affiliation with the Complainant whatsoever. On this record, Respondent has not been commonly known by the disputed domain name so as to have acquired rights to or legitimate interests in it. \r\n\r\nFurthermore, the domain name website is inactive and without any content which confirms that the Respondent has no demonstrable plan to use the disputed domain name.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant refers to previous domain name decisions contending that the Complainant is required to make out a prima facie case that the Respondent lacks rights or legitimate interests; once such prima facie case is made, the burden shifts to the Respondent to come forward with appropriate allegations or evidence demonstrating rights or legitimate interests in the domain name. \r\n\r\n \r\nBAD-FAITH REGISTRATION AND USE\r\n\r\nSeniority of Complainant's trademarks predates the disputed domain name registration and such trademarks are well known in relevant business circles. The Respondent can be considered to be aware of the Complainant's trademark when registering the domain name due to well-known character thereof. \r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name is inactive.
