The Complainant is the owner of the trademark \"AMUNDI\", registered at an international level, and of the domain name <amundi.com>, both registered before the disputed domain name.\r\n\r\nThe Respondent has registered <amundi-groupe.com> on October 6, 2020 and – as of this day – the latter has been used in connection with parking page containing commercial links.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant affirms that (i) the disputed domain name is almost identical to its trademark, (ii) that the Respondent has no right nor legitimate interest in it and (iii) that the domain owner acted in bad faith.\r\n\r\nThe Respondent did not reply to such observations.",
