    "factual_background": "FACTS ASSERTED BY THE COMPLAINANT AND NOT CONTESTED BY THE RESPONDENT:\r\n\r\nThe Complainant is the largest steel producing company in the world and the market leader in steel for use in automotive, construction, household appliances and packaging. It holds sizeable captive supplies of raw materials and operates extensive distribution networks.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant has no business or other relationship with the Respondent. The Complainant has not granted a license (or any other authorization) to the Respondent to use the trademark “ArcelorMittal”, or to apply for registration of the disputed domain name.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant contends that, given the distinctiveness and reputation of the Complainant's “ArcelorMittal” brand, it is inconceivable that the Respondent could have registered the disputed domain name without actual knowledge of the Complainant's trademark rights.\r\n\r\nSince its registration the disputed domain name has not resolved to an active website, but MX servers are configured which suggests that it may be actively used for email purposes.",
