It resolves to a parking page with commercial links.\r\n\r\n",

This does not constitute a bona fide offering of goods or services nor a legitimate non-commercial or fair use.\r\n\r\nAs to bad faith, the Complainant contends that the Respondent had knowledge of the Complainant’s rights prior to the registration of the disputed domain name, which resolves to a parking page with commercial links.
