The Complainant is also a provider of online banking and brokerage services. \r\n\r\nThe Complainant is the owner of the registered EU word mark BOURSORAMA in several classes since 2001, and it owns the domain name <boursorama.com> since 1998.\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name <check-boursorama.online> has been registered on November 19, 2020 by the Respondent using a privacy service. The disputed domain name resolves to a parking page displaying sponsored links including terms related to the Complainant’s stock market information business.",
