It resolves to the Complainant's website at  <arcelormittal.com>. Vinton is the name of a city in United States of America.\r\n\r\nThe Respondent is not affiliated with nor authorized by the Complainant in any way and is not related in any way to the Complainant's business. The Respondent is not commonly known by the Domain Name since the WHOIS information is not similar to the Domain Name. By redirecting the Domain Name  to the Complainant's website, the Respondent proves that the legitimate owner of the Domain Name is the Complainant. Accordingly, the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests to the Domain Name. \r\n\r\n\r\nThe Respondent did not respond to a cease-and-desist letter dated March 18, 2014. \r\n\r\n",
