Ever since, Boehringer has become a global research-driven pharmaceutical enterprise and has today about 140 affiliated companies world-wide with roughly 46,000 employees. The two main business areas of Boehringer are: Human Pharmaceuticals and Animal Health. In 2013 alone, net sales of the Boehringer group amounted to about EUR 14.1 billion .\r\n\r\nZANTAC® belongs to a group of drugs called histamine-2 blockers. It works by reducing the amount of acid your stomach produces. ZANTAC® is used to treat and prevent ulcers in the stomach and intestines. It also treats conditions in which the stomach produces too much acid, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It also treats gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other conditions in which acid backs up from the stomach into the esophagus, causing heartburn.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant owns a portfolio of brands including the word “ZANTAC”.\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name was registered on 2 June 2016 by the Respondent. \r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name has pointed to an inactive website since its registration.\r\n",
