This includes <bioderma.com> which the Complainant has owned since 25 September 1997. BIODERMA is one of the Complainant's main skincare product brands and BIODERMA branded goods are sold in over 130 countries.\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name was registered on 8 May 2022. At the time of the complaint, it redirected users to a page where the disputed domain name is offered for sale through auction.\r\n\r\nA Whois record provided by the Complainant revealed that the respondent used a privacy service to attempt to conceal its identity. After the filing of the Complaint, the registrar for the disputed domain name revealed that in registering the disputed domain name the respondent has provided its name as JustinThe.com with an address in the United States of America.  ",
