Today, the Complainant is one of the world’s 20 leading pharmaceutical companies with about 50,000 employees. The three business areas of Boehringer are human pharmaceuticals, animal health and bio pharmaceuticals. In 2018, net sales of the Boehringer group amounted to about EUR 17.5 billion.\r\n\r\nThe Respondent registered the disputed domain name <boehringeringelheimin.com> on 28 January 2020. The disputed domain name currently resolves to a parking page and is inactive.  There is no evidence before the Panel that the disputed domain name has ever been used for an active website since it was registered.  ",
