It is based in the Czech Republic and its brand name is XTLINE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The disputed domain name &lt;xtlinecz.com&gt; was registered on October 12, 2021. <span>&nbsp;<\/span>It does not resolve to an active website. However, the Complainant has provided evidence that, in 2021, the Respondent was using an email address associated with the disputed domain name in order to masquerade as the Complainant as part of a scam conducted against a number of companies based in the People&rsquo;s Republic of China. <span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The disputed domain name is confusingly similar to a trade mark in which the Complainant has rights. <span>&nbsp;<\/span>The Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain name.
