    "factual_background": "Complainant states that it is “the largest steel producing company in the world and is the market leader in steel for use in automotive, construction, household appliances and packaging.” According to documentation provided by Complainant, Complainant has approximately 168,000 employees; manufactures steel in 16 countries; and has customers in 155 countries.\r\n\r\nThe Disputed Domain Name was created on July 21, 2022, and is not being used in connection with an active website.\r\n\r\n\r\nComplainant contends, in relevant part, as follows:\r\n\r\nParagraph 4(a)(i): Complainant states that the Disputed Domain Name is confusingly similar to the ARCELORMITTAL Trademark because the Disputed Domain Name contains the ARCELORMITTAL Trademark in its entirety plus the word “groups,” which “is not sufficient to escape the finding that the domain name is confusingly similar to the trademark and branded goods ARCELORMITTAL” because “[i]tt does not change the overall impression of the designation as being connected to the Complainant’s trademark ARCELORMITTAL.”\r\n\r\nParagraph 4(a)(ii): Complainant states that Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the Disputed Domain Name because, inter alia, “the Respondent is not known as the disputed domain name”; Respondent “is not related in any way with the Complainant”; “Complainant does not carry out any activity for, nor has any business with the Respondent”; “[n]either license nor authorization has been granted to the Respondent to make any use of the Complainant’s trademark ARCELORMITTAL, or apply for registration of the disputed domain name by the Complainant”; and “Respondent did not make any use of disputed domain name since its registration, and it confirms that Respondent has no demonstrable plan to use the disputed domain name.”\r\n\r\nParagraph 4(a)(iii): Complainant states that the Disputed Domain Name was registered and is being used in bad faith because, inter alia, the ARCELORMITTAL Trademark is “widely known”; “given the distinctiveness of the Complainant's trademark and reputation, it is reasonable to infer that the Respondent has registered the domain name with full knowledge of the Complainant’s trademark”; “Respondent has not demonstrated any activity in respect of the disputed domain name, and it is not possible to conceive of any plausible actual or contemplated active use of the domain name by the Respondent that would not be illegitimate, such as by being a passing off, an infringement of consumer protection legislation, or an infringement of the Complainant’s rights under trademark law”; and “the incorporation of a famous mark into a domain name, coupled with an inactive website, may be evidence of bad faith registration and use.”",
