    "factual_background": "The Complainant is an Italian banking group resulting from the merger of Banca Intesa S.p.A. and Sanpaolo IMI S.p.A based in Turin, Italy. It is the leading banking group in Italy and also one of the protagonists in the European financial arena.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant provides information on its services online inter alia at <intesasanpaolo.com> and owns several domain names related to the Trademarks.\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name <intesasanpaoloxmecard.com> was registered on March 11, 2022 and is not used in connection with an active website. However, at the same time the landing page of the disputed domain name appears to be a warning page by Google Safe Browsing.\r\n\r\nFurther, on May 18, 2022 the Complainant’s attorneys sent to the Respondent a cease and desist letter, asking for the voluntary transfer of the domain name at issue. The Respondent did not answer and did not comply with the above request.\r\n",
