In particular, the Complainant as well as Continental AG and their further subsidiaries sell tires for automobiles, motorcycles, and bicycles worldwide under the Continental brand.\r\n \r\nIn Thailand, the Complainant opened a subsidiary, Continental Tyres (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in 2019.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant has proven to be the owner of the CONTINENTAL mark.\r\n\r\nThe disputed domain name was registered on November 12, 2020 and resolves to a website where tires for vehicles are apparently sold by a company named  ZS & N Continental Tyres Co., Ltd.\r\n\r\nThe Complainant’s trademarks predate the registration of the disputed domain name.\r\n",
