2. THE RESPONDENT HAS NO RIGHTS OR LEGITIMATE INTERESTS IN RESPECT OF THE DISPUTED DOMAIN NAME
The Complainant contends that Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain name. The Respondent is not commonly known by the disputed domain name. Neither license nor authorization has been granted to the Respondent to make any use of the Complainant’s trademark or to use the disputed domain name. The Respondent’s use of the VEIKKAUS mark on the website attached to the disputed domain name shows knowledge of the Complainant’s trademark rights.<\/p>\n\n
The Complainant states that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark VEIKKAUS. The trademarks were registered several years before the registration of the disputed domain name. Given the reputation of the Complainant's trademarks, it is reasonable to infer that the Respondent has registered the domain name with full knowledge of the Complainant's trademarks.
The Complainant submits that, being the only entity allowed under Finnish law to provide gambling services, the use of the domain name, associated with external links to gambling website, is perpetrated in bad faith.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
