    "factual_background": "<p><strong>FACTS ASSERTED BY THE COMPLAINANT AND NOT CONTESTED BY THE RESPONDENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Complainant claims to be a pioneer and leader in its three core businesses: online brokerage, financial information on the internet and online banking. The Complainant declares it has over 4,9 million customers in online banking. It also states that its portal <span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boursorama.com\">www.boursorama.com<\/a><\/span> is the first national financial and economic information website and the first online banking platform in France.<\/p>\n<p>The Complainant provided evidence that it is the owner of the Trademark and of several domain names, including &lt;boursorama.com&gt; since March 1, 1998, and &lt;bourso.com&gt; since January 11<sup>th<\/sup>, 2000.<\/p>\n<p>The disputed domain name &lt;clientsboursoredi.com&gt; was registered on June 20, 2023. The Complainant claims that the disputed domain name redirects to the domain name &lt;compte-clients-boursorama.com&gt;, resolving itself to a login page that copies the Complainant&rsquo;s official customer access &lt;clients.boursorama.com\/connexion\/&gt;.<\/p>",
