The Complainant claims that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain name. According to the Complainant, the Respondent is not commonly known by the disputed domain name, is not affiliated with the Complainant and has not been authorized to register or use the disputed domain name or the Complainant&rsquo;s mark. The Complainant claims that the disputed domain name <\/span>resolving to a parking page <span lang=\"EN-US\">with commercial links demonstrates that it is <\/span>not a bona fide offering of goods or services or legitimate non-commercial or fair use<span lang=\"EN-US\">.
