The addition of the terms \"PFOA\" and \"lawsuit\" is, according to the Complainant, insufficient to distinguish the disputed domain name from the Trademark.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span>Furthermore, the Complainant asserts that the Respondent lacks rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain name.
