The Complainant is the owner of several trademarks SAINT-GOBAIN, registered worldwide (cited above).<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the Complainant also owns domain names which include its trademark SAINT-GOBAIN, such as the domain name <saint-gobain.com> registered on 29 December 1995.<\/p>\n

SAINT-GOBAIN is also commonly used to designate the company name of the Complainant.<\/span><\/p>\n
