The Complainant is an intellectual property holding company, forming part of a group of companies engaged in the online gaming industry. It is part of the Internet Traffic Solutions Limited group which is engaged in the online gaming industry and which operates online gaming websites under various brands, among others “Captain Cooks Casino”, “Casino Classic”, “Grand Mondial Casino”, “Villento Casino”, “Yukon Gold Casino”, and “Zodiac Casino”.  The Group is engaged in the online gaming industry, and through its various companies holds several gambling licenses in different jurisdictions, including the UK, Denmark, Malta, and Canada. Zodiac Casino is an online casino offered via the website www.zodiac.casino<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Complainant is the owner of several trademarks <\/span>ZODIAC CASINO<\/span>, such as the European Union trademark “ZODIAC CASINO”, no. 007329014, the UK national trademark “ZODIAC CASINO”, no. UK00907329014, the Canadian national trademark “ZODIAC CASINO”, no. TMA1195581, the New Zealand national trademark “ZODIAC CASINO”, no. 1209374, (all cited above).<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Complainant also owns a number of domain names which include its trademark <\/span>ZODIAC CASINO<\/span>, such as the domain names <zodiaccasino.com>, <zodiac-casino.co.uk> and<\/span> <zodiac.casino>. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
