Its products are mainly used for diagnosing infectious diseases. They are also used for detecting microorganisms in agri-food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. It has been founded in 1963, serves more than 160 countries, by means of its 43 subsidiaries around the world, and through a large network of distributors.<\/p>\n<p>The Complainant use numerous domain names which encompass the BIOMERIEUX mark to advertise the Complainant&rsquo;s products around the world, i.e. &lt;biomerieux.com&gt;, &lt;biomerieux.net&gt;, &lt;biomerieux.org&gt;, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The Complainant further contends its trademark BIOMERIEUX be distinctive and well-known.<\/p>\n<p>The disputed domain name &lt;biomerieuxsharepoint.com&gt; was registered on 5.6.2024.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the undisputed evidence provided by the Complainant proves that the disputed domain name resolves to a parking page resolved to a parking page displaying Pay-Per-Click (&ldquo;PPC&rdquo;) links in relation with the Complainant.<\/p>",
