According to the Complainant&rsquo;s evidence, the disputed domain name appeared to resolve to a website displaying a login form to access a personal online bank account and reproducing the layout and colors of Complainant&rsquo;s official website as well as displaying the Complainant&rsquo;s INTESA SANPAOLO trademark and logo. The disputed domain name currently resolves to an inaccessible website. <\/span><\/p>",
