It creates steel products for use in the automotive industry, constructions industry, household appliances and packaging.&nbsp; In 2023 it produced 58.1 million tons of crude steel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;The Complainant is the owner of the above-mentioned International Trademark No. 947668 ARCELORMITTAL, which designates numerous jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;The Complainant is also the owner of numerous domain names containing the words ARCELOR MITTAL. Including arcelormittal.com, which it has held since 27 January 2006.<\/p>\n<p>The disputed domain name was registered on 27 August 2024.&nbsp; It does not resolve to an active website. Rather it resolves to a page stating the website is under construction.&nbsp; MX services have been configured.&nbsp; The registrant's name appears ARCELORMITTAL CONSTRUCTION, which is a subsidiary of the Complainant.&nbsp; However this subsidiary does not control the disputed domain name.&nbsp; Hence the Complainant asserts its subsidiary's name is being used without its consent to increase the likelihood of confusion with the Complainant.<\/p>",
