In 2023 it produced 58.1 million tons of crude steel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Complainant is the owner of the above-mentioned International Trademark No. 947686 ArcelorMittal, which designates numerous jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>The Complainant is also the owner of numerous domain names containing the words ARCELOR MITTAL. Including arcelormittal.com, which it has held since 27 January 2006.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The disputed domain name was registered on 6 October 2024. It does not resolve to an active website. Rather it resolves to a parking page with pay per click links. MX services have been configured.<\/p>",
