The Complainant owns the International trademark registration <\/span>BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION mentioned herein above. I<\/span>ts subsidiary, BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION S.A. owns the domain name <bouygues-construction.com> registered on May 10, 1999.<\/span><\/p>\n

The disputed domain name <bouyguesconstruction-uk.com> was registered on October 14, 2024, and at the time <\/span>when the Complaint was filed<\/span>, it resolved to a parking page, while MX servers were configured.<\/span><\/p>", "other_legal_proceedings": "
