The Complainant<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Complainant, BOURSORAMA S.A., is active in online brokerage, financial information on the Internet and online banking.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>According to the Complainant's submissions, BOURSORAMA is the online banking reference with 6 million customers in France and the portal <\/span><u>www.boursorama.com<\/u><span>&nbsp;is the first national financial and economic information site and first French online banking platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>II. The disputed domain name<\/p>\n<p>&lt;boursormabank.online&gt; was registered on November 27th, 2024 and resolves to a parking page with commercial links. In addition, MX servers are configured in the disputed domain name.<\/p>\n<\/div>",

    "no_response_filed": "<p>Complainant submissions.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span>As regards the first element of the Policy, the Complainant supports that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark BOURSORAMA and BOURSORAMA BANK since it differs only by one letter.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span>As regards the second element of the Policy, the Complainant contends that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain name, because the Complainant has never authorized the Respondent to use the BOURSORAMA trademark. <\/span><span>The Complainant adds that the Respondent does not carry out a fair or makes a non-commercial use of the disputed domain name.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As regards the third element of the Policy, the Complainant supports that the Respondent was aware of its rights on the BOURSORAMA trademark at the time of the registration of the disputed domain name.
