In addition to multiple registrations having been secured for the SAINT-GOBAIN trademark, SAINT-GOBAIN is also commonly used to designate the company name of the Complainant. The Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain name where it is not commonly known thereby and the disputed domain name resolves to an inactive index page. There are also mail exchange (MX) servers configured for the disputed domain name.<\/span><\/p>\n
