The Complainant was founded by Francis Bouygues in 1952 and is a diversified group of industrial companies structured by a strong corporate culture. The Complainant’s group has a presence in more than 80 countries. In 2023, the Complainant’s group generated sales of 56 billion EUR. The Complainant‘s subsidiary Bouygues Construction is a world player in the fields of building, public works, energy, and services. As a global player in construction and services, Bouygues Construction designs, builds and operates buildings and structures which improve the quality of people's living and working environment, including public and private buildings, transport infrastructures and energy and communications networks.<\/span><\/p>\n The Complainant owns several trademarks at least one domain name, characterised by the presence of the distinctive term \"BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION\". The Complainant contends that a previous panel has recognized its rights in the trademark \"BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION\".<\/p>\n On January 1, 2025, the Respondent, Prosperite Europe, an individual or entity located in London, England, registered the disputed domain name <bouyguesconstructions-uk.com<\/span>>.<\/p>\n The disputed domain name resolves to a parking page. Further, MX servers are configured.<\/p>\n According to the information on the case file, the Registrar confirmed that the Respondent is the current registrant of the disputed domain name and that the language of the registration agreement is English.<\/p>\n The facts asserted by the Complainant are not contested by the Respondent because no Response was filed.<\/p>",
