Further, the term “guild” is a common term used in the MMORPG genre of games and features in the Complainant’s Games. The disputed <runeguild.org> domain name, registered on September 14, 2023, resolves to a website that incorporates graphics from the Complainant’s own site and displays the message “Looking for the best RuneScape private server (RSPS)?
