    "no_response_filed": "<p><span>COMPLAINANT:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Complainant contends that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the Trademarks and argues that the addition of the term &ldquo;ONE WORLD&rdquo; to the Trademarks is not sufficient to escape the finding that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Furthermore, the Complainant contends that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain name.
