THE COMPLAINANT<\/p>\n
The Complainant contends that the requirements of the Policy have been met and that the disputed domain name should be transferred to it.<\/p>\n
The Complainant alleges that by the addition of the non-distinctive element “carreers” does not affect the confusing similarity. Indeed, the term selected by the Respondent increases the likelihood of confusion and to induce Internet users to believe that there is an association between the disputed domain name and the Complainant.<\/p>\n
The Complainant also affirms that none of the scenarios depicted in paragraph 4(c) of the Policy applies.<\/p>\n
Further, the Complainant denies that the Respondent is an authorized dealer, agent, distributor, wholesaler or retailer of Alphagraphics Inc.<\/p>\n
