The Complainant's submissions may be summarised as follows:<\/p>\n

A<\/strong>.1 The Domain Names are confusingly similar to a trade mark in which the Complainant has rights<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Complainant asserts that the Domain Names are confusingly similar to the trade mark Bolloré, and the addition of the negative or pejorative term 'blacklist' is insufficient to negate the likelihood of confusion, as outlined in section 1.13 of the WIPO Overview of WIPO Panel Views on Selected UDRP Questions, Third Edition ('the WIPO Jurisprudential Overview 3.0'). The Complainant contends that the inclusion of the Top-Level Domains ('the TLDs') <.com> and <.org> fails to alter the overall impression of similarity.<\/p>\n
