    "factual_background": "<p>The Complainant is the largest steel producing company in the world.&nbsp; It produces steel products for use in automotive, construction, household appliances and packaging with 57.9 million tons crude steel made in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The Complainant is the owner of the above-mentioned International Trade Mark Registration No. 947686 ArcelorMittal, which designates numerous jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>The Complainant is also the owner of numerous domain names containing the words ARCELOR MITTAL. Including arcelormittal.com, which it has held since 27 January 2006.<\/p>\n<p>The disputed domain name was registered on 10 August 2025. It does not resolve to an active website. Rather it resolves to a parking page. The Respondent has provided its name as Raul Nio Hernandez and its address as a location in Venezuela.<\/p>",
