The Complainant operates its official website at the domain name <saint-gobain.com> registered on 29 December 1995.<\/p>\n
The disputed domain name was registered on 23 September 2025. It is currently inactive. At the time of the filing of the Complaint, the disputed domain name resolved to a parking webpage with the text:<\/p>\n
“Welcome<\/em><\/p>\n www.saint-gobain-cz.com<\/em><\/p>\n Do more with your domain!”<\/em><\/p>\n The disputed domain name has mail exchanger (“MX”) settings configured.<\/p>",

"no_response_filed": " COMPLAINANT<\/p>\n The Complainant submits that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the SAINT-GOBAIN trademark, because it wholly incorporates this trademark with the addition of the element “cz”, which is the two-letter country code for the Czech Republic. The Complainant notes that the addition of the Top-Level Domain “.com” does not change the overall impression of the disputed domain name as being connected to the Complainant’s trademark. According to the Complainant, the addition of these elements is not sufficient to prevent the likelihood of confusion between the disputed domain name and the Complainant’s trademark.<\/p>\n The Complainant asserts that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain name.
