Complainant's Factual Allegations<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>The Complainant is an association whose mission is to welcome, provide information, and promote tourism in the La Plagne Ski Area. In this capacity, it may, in particular, be responsible for operating tourist facilities and organizing cultural events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>B.<\/strong> <\/span><strong>Respondent's Factual Allegations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>The Respondent has defaulted in this UDRP administrative proceeding and has consequently made no factual allegations. The Respondent is Idah, based at the address of Dusun Babakan Anjatan Utara, Anjatan, Indramayu, Jawa Barat, 45256, Indonesia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The disputed domain name was registered on February 8, 2025 by the Respondent, as confirmed by the Registrar. At the time of filing of the Complaint, the disputed domain name resolved to a parking page with nine commercial links.<\/span><\/p>",

    "no_response_filed": "<p><strong><span>A. COMPLAINANT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>The Complainant's contentions can be summarized as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>I. The disputed domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trade mark in which the Complainant has rights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>The Complainant states that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark LA PLAGNE. The addition of the term &ldquo;SKIPASS&rdquo; is not sufficient to escape the finding that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to the Complainant&rsquo;s trademark. It does not change the overall impression of the designation as being connected to the Complainant&rsquo;s trademark. It does not prevent the likelihood of confusion between the disputed domain name and the Complainant and its trademarks. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>II. <\/strong><strong>The Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain name<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>The Complainant contends that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain names on the grounds: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>It is not related in any way to the Complainant. The Complainant does not carry out any activity for, nor has any business with the Respondent. Neither license nor authorization has been granted to the Respondent to make any use of the Complainant&rsquo;s trademark LA PLAGNE or apply for registration of the disputed domain name;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The disputed domain name resolved to a parking page with commercial links, which is not a bona fide offering of goods or services or legitimate non-commercial or fair use;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The Respondent failed to demonstrate its rights or legitimate interests in the domain name; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The Respondent is not known by the disputed domain name.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><strong>III. <\/strong><strong>The Respondent registered and is using the disputed domain name in bad faith&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Complainant contends that the Respondent registered and is using the disputed domain name in bad faith on the grounds: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Given the distinctiveness of the Complainant's trademark, it is reasonable to infer that the Respondent has registered the domain name with full knowledge of the Complainant's trademark;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The disputed domain name resolved to a parking page with commercial links. The Respondent has attempted to attract Internet users for commercial gain to his own website;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The disputed domain name has been set up with MX records, which suggests that it may be actively used for email purposes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The Respondent has already been involved in numerous UDRP proceedings, as the registrant of domain names comprising third-party trademarks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>The Complainant contends that the requirements of the Policy have been met and that the disputed domain name should be transferred to it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>B. RESPONDENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>No administratively compliant Response has been filed.<\/span><\/p>",
