It is one of the world&rsquo;s largest corporations, providing innovative technologies and comprehensive know-how to benefit customers in 190 countries. Founded more than 175 years ago, the company is active, among others, in the fields of Automation and Control, Power, Transportation, Logistics, Information and Communications, Medical Technology etc.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Complainant is the owner of SIEMENS trademark as cited above.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The disputed domain name &lt;siemensgroup-sg.com&gt; was registered on August 23, 2025<span>&nbsp; <\/span>and resolves to a website under construction, while being used within the email address&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr@siemensgroup-sg.com\"><span>hr@siemensgroup-sg.com<\/span><\/a>, impersonating an alleged Siemens talent acquisition specialist in Singapore. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>",
