A<\/strong>.1 Identical or Confusingly Similar<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Complainant submits that it owns a long-standing registered rights in the trade mark JCDECAUX. It contends that the disputed domain name reproduces that trade mark in its entirety, with the insertion of the letter \"i\".<\/p>\n

The Complainant argues that this constitutes a typical example of typosquatting and does not prevent a finding of confusing similarity. The inclusion of the Top-Level Domain (the \"TLD\") <.com> is a standard registration requirement and does not affect the assessment.<\/p>\n
