As the Respondent did not file any response to the complaint, the Panel took into account the following facts asserted by the Complainant (and supported by the documentary evidence submitted by the Complainant) and unchallenged by the Respondent:<\/p>\n
(a) <\/span>the Complainant is a French multi-national company, engaged in the food industry, particularly the dairy sector. The Complainant has been operating under the name “Lactalis” since 1999. LACTALIS is the largest dairy products group in the world, with over 85,500 employees, 266 production sites, and a presence in 51 different countries;<\/span> (d) the disputed domain name was registered on 26 March 2026; and<\/span> The Panel is not aware of any other legal proceedings which are pending or decided and which relate to the disputed domain name.<\/p>",
