    "factual_background": "<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Complainant is part of the group Dim Brands International, a leading European underwear company.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Complainant owns several brands, including the brand LOVABLE, offering underwear products for male and female, being the owner, among others, of the LOVABLE trademarks cited above.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Complainant is also the owner of several domain names which include the trademark LOVABLE such as &lt;lovable.com&gt; registered since 31 December 1997.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The disputed domain names &lt;lovablestore.shop&gt; (registered on 27 April 2026), &lt;lovablefashion.shop&gt; (registered on 17 April 2026), &lt;lovablestylestore.shop&gt; (registered on 21 April 2026,) and &lt;shoplovable.shop&gt; (registered on 21 April 2026), all resolve to the same website displaying the Complainant&rsquo;s logo and offering LOVABLE branded products.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>",
