Its products are sold by 41 subsidiaries and branch offices in around 620 of its own stores as well as via a network of around 100 distributors around the world. It is employees approximately 15,500 people and reported sales of CHF 5.92 Billion in 2025.<\/p>\n
The Complainant is the owner of numerous registered trade marks containing, or consisting of, the word LINDT, including the above mentioned US TM Registration. It is also the owner of numerous domain names containing the word LINDT, including <lindt.com>. Further, it promotes its LINDT products through various popular social media accounts. For example, its Facebook page located at <facebook.com\/Lindt> has approximately 6.9 million followers.<\/p>\n
The disputed domain name was registered on 10 May 2026. The Respondent provided the registrant’s name as \"elliotw\" with an address in the United States of America.<\/p>\n
The disputed domain name previously resolved to a webpage that reproduced the Complainant's distinctive LINDT logo and purported to sell chocolate.
